    1. About DexterCV

    DexterCV provides AI-powered tools and professional services to assist users with:

    • Resume/CV creation and optimization
    • LinkedIn profile optimization
    • Job-specific resume customization
    • 1:1 career consultation and guidance

    These services are designed to support users in their job search and career development.

    2. Acceptance of Terms

    By using DexterCV, purchasing any service, or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

    3. Scope of Services

    DexterCV offers both:

    • Digital tools (AI-based resume builder, templates, etc.)
    • Human-led services (consultation, CV writing, LinkedIn optimization)

    All services are advisory and depend on user-provided inputs.

    4. No Job Guarantee

    DexterCV does not guarantee:

    • Job placement or employment
    • Interview calls or employer responses
    • Selection by any company
    • Salary increases or career progression

    Outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, recruiter decisions, and individual performance.

    5. User Responsibilities

    You agree that:

    • All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful
    • You are solely responsible for the content shared with DexterCV
    • DexterCV is not responsible for verifying your information
    • Any consequences arising from false or misleading information are your responsibility

    6. Payments & Refund Policy

    • All payments made are final and non-refundable
    • Once a service is purchased, booked, initiated, or delivered (partially or fully), no refunds will be issued
    • Failure to attend scheduled sessions or provide required inputs does not qualify for a refund

    7. Service Delivery & Timelines

    • Delivery timelines depend on timely responses and inputs from the user
    • Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of communication are not DexterCV's responsibility
    • DexterCV reserves the right to reschedule consultations when necessary

    8. Revisions Policy

    • Revisions are limited as per the selected package or service scope
    • Additional revisions may incur extra charges
    • Major changes (e.g., change in career direction, complete rewrite) may be treated as a new service

    9. Consultation Disclaimer

    • Career advice and recommendations are based on experience, research, and industry practices
    • These are subjective and advisory in nature
    • Users are responsible for their own career decisions and actions

    10. Use of AI & Platform Limitations

    • DexterCV may use AI to generate or enhance resumes and content
    • AI-generated outputs may not always be perfect or fully accurate
    • Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all final content

    11. Third-Party Platforms

    DexterCV is not affiliated with and is not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms such as:

    • LinkedIn
    • Job portals (e.g., Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
    • Employers or recruiters

    We do not control hiring decisions or platform algorithms.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, DexterCV shall not be liable for:

    • Job rejections or lack of interview opportunities
    • Any career decisions made by the user
    • Loss of income, employment, or opportunity
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    13. Intellectual Property

    • Users may use delivered CVs and documents for personal and professional purposes
    • DexterCV retains ownership of all templates, formats, frameworks, and proprietary systems
    • Users may not resell, distribute, or commercially exploit the content

    14. User Conduct

    Users agree to maintain respectful and professional communication.

    DexterCV reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund in cases of:

    • Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
    • Misuse of the platform

    15. Session Validity

    • Purchased consultations or service sessions must be used within the validity period specified (e.g., 30–60 days)
    • Unused sessions beyond this period may expire without refund

    16. Changes to Services or Terms

    DexterCV reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

    Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in Pune, Maharashtra.
